Prior to his tenure at UNEP, Henrik served as Chef de Cabinet for the Minister of Development Cooperation at the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His early career as a journalist took him to various corners of the globe, including Brussels, where he worked as an EU correspondent for the Finnish Broadcasting Company.
